Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before departure are eligible for a 100% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Mandatory Life Jackets: All passengers must wear life jackets during the river journey. Leaning over the boat's safety railings is strictly prohibited.

Child Ticket Rules: Children aged 4 to 10 years are charged child fares. Children aged 11 and above are charged adult rates.
