No refund is paid for cancellations within 24 hours of departure or for postponed trips. For all other cancellations, including those made more than a week in advance, a minimum 35% cancellation fee applies and requires an admin chat after clicking "Cancel" on the website.

Refunds for standard cancellations are typically processed and transferred to your account within 5 working days.

Passengers are required to arrive at the travel premises at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

In case of technical problems, floods, or bad weather, the company has the authority to cancel the tour. We will inform you immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 3 to 6 working days.

All our boats are fully furnished with comfortable seating, high-performance A/C, and all necessary safety gear. If an additional facility fails during the journey, refunds are not provided for that specific case.

Passengers are responsible for their own goods and property. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during travel.

While we maintain our fleet to high standards, the company is not responsible for delays caused by vehicle breakdowns or other reasons beyond our control.
