Before proceeding to any boarding station, river dock, hotel, or bamboo hut stay, ALL tourists and room guests must first report to our TS Boat Office for Aadhaar/ID verification, physical ticket issuance, guide allocation, and travel orientation.

Cancellations can only be requested if made at least 7 days before the scheduled travel date and will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee. Strictly no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the journey, for postponed journeys, or for no-shows.
The tour operation is strictly subject to water levels in the Godavari River and clearance from the irrigation & police departments. If the trip is cancelled by the operator due to severe weather or administrative reasons, a full refund will be processed.
All passengers must carry a valid original Government ID proof (Aadhaar is highly recommended) for security clearance before boarding. Details provided during booking must exactly match the ID proof.
