Before proceeding to any boarding station, river dock, hotel, or bamboo hut stay, ALL tourists and room guests must first report to our TS Boat Office for Aadhaar/ID verification, physical ticket issuance, guide allocation, and travel orientation.

Children below 4 years travel for free. Children between 4 and 10 years require a child ticket. Anyone above 10 years requires a full adult ticket.
Passengers must report exactly at 7:30 AM at the Bhadrachalam office. The boat will depart as per schedule and late arrivals will miss the trip.
Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the boat and at the boarding points.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund (subject to cancellation charges). No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
